Meet the Board of Directors and Staff

Four Corners Economic Development, or 4CED, encompasses two non-profit organizations. One is the 501(c)(6) membership based organization, Four Corners Economic Development, Inc. The other is the Four Corners Economic Development Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization. There are three active boards that meet regularly to govern the activities of the two organizations.

The first is the 4CED Foundation board that is comprised of volunteer representatives from the county, the three local municipalities, the Navajo Nation, San Juan College, and the past president.

The second is the full 25 member 4CED, Inc. board that is comprised of twelve elected representatives serving three year terms* nominated from member businesses , the five members of the 4CED Foundation board, and six Chairman appointed seats.

The third board is the Executive Board comprised of officers elected from the ranks of the full board and up to three Chairman appointed seats.

The Foundation typically meets on the second Wednesday of the month at the Quality Center for Business at San Juan College from 8:30 to 9:30 am.
