Great customer service is an integral part of a communities economic development efforts. It encourages residents to buy local, makes tourist want to return to visit us, and creates a welcoming environment for businesses and their employees that are looking to locate in our area. So instead of complaining the next time you get bad customer service, lets reward and recognize the ones who are doing it right!
