In addition to serving as the Mayor of Aztec since 2008 and serving the City Commission for two years prior, Sally provides business planning and marketing services through her privately owned business, Growth Potential.

A few of Sally’s additional roles are serving as the current Vice-President of the NM Municipal League, sitting on the Board for the NM Municipal League’s Self Insurers Fund, and Aztec Trails & Open Space. Sally is a graduate of Leadership San Juan (2002).

Sally has led Four Corners Economic Development (4CED), Inc. as the first Board Chair during their start-up year, and is now serving as Interim CEO, and served as the outgoing Board President for 4CED’s predecessor organization San Juan Economic Development Service, July 2011-June 2012.

Sally has a strong belief that we all have an obligation to make the place we live the place we want to live. That means jobs to support families and local businesses, nice neighborhoods and communities with desired amenities. She believes the way to accomplish all of those things is through economic development.
